Here we go again. Dan starts this newsletter by announcing the date of the next owner assembly meeting. He then outlines the rules of who can attend. Ie : only the legal owner of deed or trust, or authorized owner of LLC.

We know some of the individuals he is referring to, as not the legal owners of units.

Bonnie then lists some of these same non owners as being in arrears on HOA payments.

Dan states that HOA funds collected as per Sonoran State HOA guidelines. There are no HOA guidelines in the state of Sonora.

Let’s go a litter further. We all know Dan's position of President of our board is up for election next year but he fails to mention that when he writes about transitioning to a five member board.
Dan did state at last years assembly that he will not be seeking another term as president. Therefore there will be three positions up for election next year.

Bonnie’s numbers do not add up?

I talked to Al this week and he thinks the building will be ready near the end of May. That said, we told him we would be down near the end of June and he thought that would be good for closing. Usually they do this by floor. We are in 701. By the way, the whole project is looking al whole lot better than I thought it would. They have done a great job. Steve
