Any Delphin ownners registered under this website?? Wondering if you've checked on progress lately or heard anything from Hiram regarding closing dates?? Which unit do you have and when are you planning on your closing date? We are 105, 2bedroom on ground floor. Linda & Milt

I talked to Al this week and he thinks the building will be ready near the end of May. That said, we told him we would be down near the end of June and he thought that would be good for closing. Usually they do this by floor. We are in 701. By the way, the whole project is looking al whole lot better than I thought it would. They have done a great job. Steve

Hi Linda, We are Joe & Corey and will be in 601 Delphin. We are hoping to close end of June and spend the frist couple of weeks in RP moving in. We just got back from there and the place is really moving and the new pool and grounds look great. Are looking forward to having it completed and meeting others as well. Will have to have a big celebration for all us owners! Look forward to meeting you.. Joe & Corey Noriega

Yes, with snow still on the ground, we are anxious to see our unit and settle in. The updated photos are terrific and we really appreciate them...It's finally over 50 degrees and sunny today, but can't wait til June. The weather on this site makes us antsy for RP. Looks like windows etc. are going in 2nd and 3rd levels, we're on ground floor, so suppose they will be later on, reducing chance of breakage with all stuff above put in. Have you any idea about what you will do for water? Any you planning to use full time or renting?? DOn't want to lug water bottles, so curious to know what others are/have done. Are you decorating yourselves?? Linda & Milt D105

We rented one of the units there with a reverse osmosis system in it and it was great and will do the same. Also, puting a line to the freezer for ice is an excellent idea, as you sure can go through ice down there! As for decorating, we plan to do it ourselves & bring all our furniture across...our house is full of condo stuff & furniture....now just can't wait to move in!
