If anyone has referrals for local help like maintenance, plumbing, auto care etc. let us know. We would like to have referrals in the directory as well. Hoping we will have these available for the next HOA meeting

Was there a meeting?? I think we should have a meeting ASAP. I hadn't been down to the condo in several months and was down last weekend to find my self in complete disgust as to the condition of not only the beach but the pool area and the cleanliness of my condo. I think there needs to be an emergency meeting before we all loose. The community is going to be know an the slums if something isn't done Now!

I was approached at the pool by a man, I am not sure who he was. He came over to my friends and I and asked in a rude manner who we were and if I belonged at Las Palmas. I was stunned for a moment and told him that I was an owner. He didn't seem to believe me and asked again what unit I owned. I asked him why and he said he was trying to stop people from Bella Sirena from coming over. I brought friends with me to see the area and this situation was very embarrassing. They said if they where their renting and that happened to them they would never come back. Has anyone else had this happen?? If our policy is we are going to approach people without arm bands (owners) on, they need to be approached in a courteous and respectful manner.
