I was approached at the pool by a man, I am not sure who he was. He came over to my friends and I and asked in a rude manner who we were and if I belonged at Las Palmas. I was stunned for a moment and told him that I was an owner. He didn't seem to believe me and asked again what unit I owned. I asked him why and he said he was trying to stop people from Bella Sirena from coming over. I brought friends with me to see the area and this situation was very embarrassing. They said if they where their renting and that happened to them they would never come back. Has anyone else had this happen?? If our policy is we are going to approach people without arm bands (owners) on, they need to be approached in a courteous and respectful manner.

It is unfortunate you did not get the persons name. Very soon they will have wristbands for the owners and name badges for the employees. Thank you GH Robins
