Hi we noticed our sliding glass door in the living room has sand in between the panels have any one else had this problem...

the door on the top is open and also on the bottom I tought they had to be sealed since there is two glass panels???

do's any one know what kind of warantee we have on the windows and doors???

mostly glass has 5-15 years in the states and I know this doors came from Tucson can some one let us know....

We have not noticed sand in-between the glass panels.  Next time we go to Las Palmas, we will check it out.  Not sure about any warranty.

I have not notice any issues with our doors.  I have not looked closely but when I clean them I have not seen a problem.  Not sure about warranty.
