Noticed a few in the garbage area and around...are some units having to have them replaced already? Do they not last as long around salt air?
Just curious so I know to keep an eye on mine

I replaced my hot water heater in Baja about 6 months ago. It was leaking water on the floor and the maintenance people said it needed replacing. I let them do it and was not there so knew nothing about what they put in. Better to replace I guess than risk a hugh flood in the condo. Cindy Mabry Baja bld

I have a Condo on Fort Myers Beach in Florida and I've replaced my hot water heater with a tankless water heater.... no more issues, problems or concerns with leaking tanks and you have all the hot water you need.

What is a tankless hot water heater? How expensive are they and do they have them in MX? Susan Miller D-401
