We were just down there also and everything was wonderful sent our pastor and his wife for two days they loved it and said it was wonderful. We go down quite a bit to make sure it is in order. And it always is. It is one of the best thing we ever did is to own a condo in Las Palmas. It still amazes us that we normal working class and now retired can have something like that. For most people it is just a dream. And it is because our little piece of paradise was not out of reach like all the others on the beach. Just had to share. Your new honeymooners will love it.......

We like the terra cotta color a lot better.

Please let us know where the polling booth is located.

I have some news and I wanted to share it with all of our fellow owners. I have written my first book. It is avalable to anyone who whould like to buy it. Here is a somery about it and a link to order it if you would like. In August of 1990, while relaxing in bed and watching 20/20, I learned about the horrible conditions and poor care that Romanian orphans receive. My husband and I were so moved by this program that we felt the Lord wanted us to do something. We prayed earnestly. Despite being in our late forties and thinking about retiring, the difficulties of the culture shock, the language barrier, the bad conditions, and the Gulf war, we decided that I would go to this third-world country and try to adopt two children. This is the five and a half week account of my stay in Romania and the things that I saw, heard and went through while I experienced Adoption Romanian Style

Again I am very interested in the meeting also. I live in Chandler. I am very concerned about the conditions and the lack of security down there. We own two condos. I will try to make whatever night you have. I would hope that the HOA members would be there also. If a meeting is set up please let us know. The evening of the 26th would not work for me but any other time would. Thanks janet

My daughter and myself were down there the weekend of the 4th I own two units and she owns on. We were very upset and concerned with a lot of things. 1 While we were getting in the pool we were asked by a security guard where our wrist bands were, so I went into the office to get them Francisco was no where to be found finally after 15 or 20 minutes Isreal got us some. When we were in the pool there were two families with silver wrist bands on. I went into the office. I asked if there were different colored bands for different renters they said no just one color. I said then there are some families using the pool and the security guard has done nothing about it. 2. The lounges are terrible and My opinion is I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on new cushions which will only last a year. The Sanoran Sun and Sea use the white resin lounges which are easy to move around and you don’t need cushions and they will last for years. Also when we first came to rocky point there security guards were constantly straightening out the lounges around the pool area when there was nothing to do. Our Security just stand around and smoke. And we were upset over cigarette butts laying all over the grass areas 3. We saw window washing and many times wiping the tops of the garbage container but no picking up of garbage. We picked up bottle lids and paper. 4. The beach is very dirty we need someone to pick it up 5. The venders are using the Puloopa when we went to the beach they were under them. And when we did get one there were left over drinks left behind with bees swarming over them. 6. Kids using the computers when you want to go and check your emails. We are concerned for our beautiful place and if something isn’t done it will turn out to be just a motel 6. I notice that more and more units are coming up for sale. We spend lots of money for HOA and I expect a lot more then what we are seeing. If the HOA cant do there job it needs to be changed and I would suggest that if the people in the office are letting staff bring all of there kids and friends and Fransico cant do his job we need to rethink everything and try something else or some one else As I stated in another email I am very concerned with the lounge furniture by the pool. It is starting to look quite shabby. I have been down with different guest a couple times and they have mentioned it to me. Even though I was concerned a month ago about it. We are the smallest condominium community on this beach but we are beautiful. I hope we can keep it looking luxurious. I would suggest that we change out all of that furniture for white reason lounges like that have over at Sonoren Sea. They last for years and you wouldn’t need pads. Because they are building such big luxurious condos all the way down the beach I think that we should try even harder to keep ours looking beautiful. Janet
