As of the HOA meeting January 31,2009, does anyone know how many units were not paying their dues then?

This thread is getting to be quite involved and I'd guess it will continue - I'd suggest creating a Yahoo or Google group on the subject of Playa Azul so that all the information doesn't get archived in this one discussion topic (after all, this is a Las Palmas web site :) ). I've set one of these up before and it's pretty easy, and whoever sets it up can post an invitation here so everyone gets a chance to sign up for membership. I think the Las Palmas HOA exposure is a good agenda item for the next HOA meeting. I'm not sure that since Playa Azul properties were sold out of the Las Palmas clubhouse that it necessarily implies Las Palmas HOA was lending any credence to their financial integrity. If there are any lawyers in this discussion I'd encourage them to speak up, but I don't think we need to spend money on an attorney just yet. But let's discuss at the next HOA meeting.

Sorry - I don't have any information on Playa Azul - but I too would like to find out how they're doing. :) Does anyone have the web site address for Playa Azul? I tried to Google it but I couldn't find it. I'm sure its on those billboards around Rocky Point. I'd also be interested in the status of the homes there (have they delivered any?). Perhaps if someone goes out that way they can take some pictures and post them? Thanks! James
