Wondering about unit 205, heard that there was a leak into D105 and wondering if they are aware, status of corrections, etc. ? Anyone know anything about it?? Have contacted Maintenance and awaiting reply..Thanks.

there was a waterleak delhin unit 702 and water leaked down to unit delhin 602...and the rental company would not even check on it till next morning so we had to turn of the water so we would not have the water leak in to our unit all night...this happen aug 23rd...

I'm curious about the leak in 705 as well. We are underneath a couple of floors. Any news of the status and if it went beyond 605?

There was a leak in 701 and it was fixed last week. It was due to debris lodged in the drain pipe on top of the roof and when there was a night of heavy rain it caused the leak. Not sure if it was the cause of the other leaks in the top units.

We where lucky in 602 we had left toilet lid open and the water came down from the light fixure in to the toilet bowl...but 702 was a mess....
