Any word on when the entrance to LP will be done? Is Sonoran Sea or Spa building shops with salon, gifts and food? Heard something about that from Hiram but he had few details? Time frame for that? From Bob Miller: New Entrance: Before the new road and entrance can be constructed , the Delphin Building has to be completed in all aspects and all construction material, tools and trash removed. Then there are some sandunes that have to be moved. The road will be behind the parking lot which will be behind the building. August is optimistic.

There are new pictures posted in the "gallery".

There are several new pictures added to the Gallery - Entrance. There are some shots looking all around the area including the future parking lot of the Delphin. In the original sales literature there is a architectural drawing of the clubhouse and area. Pictured on the right hand side of the entrance is a water feature. They are starting to build that and there is a shot of dirt with a chalk outline and one of the drawings they are working from. GHR
