I went to Sun Valley the other day to get my FM3 done. Turns out a friend of mine works there. Her name is Bianey(pronounced BNA) She speaks english and was a great help. They charge $160 for thier service and the Gov. cost will be around $200 depending on the exchange rate. She will walk you thru the whole process. So if you need help give them a call

I was out to vacation for 3 weeks. I got the call today from the agent. I am going to drop my passport and will have the FM3 by 8/31.
