Do you know if anyone has security door installed?

i have been charged with damages caused by renters misuse. trash cans, towels missng, damaged remote controls, screen door, blinds repair, etc.,. also i was told it is my problem to replace missing plates, cups, glasses and other items that are not "wear and tear" items. talking to jerry little or america has almost no effect. anyone w/ similar complaints or is it just me?
