Dear Grande 403 Fractional owners, Now that the LLP has been finalized it is required to have an annual owners meeting. Shannon has tenatively set Saturday July 29th for the meeting. It will be held in the Phoenix area. There may be a telephone conference line for those who wish to attend, but are unable to travel to Phoenix for the meeting. Remember that 75% of the owners must attend to amend the operating document, otherwise it will be just meet and greet gathering and we would have to do it again to have a quorum. I personally want to make changes to that document to protect my investment, and the modify general operating procedures. Each owner will receive a formal written notice with the date, time and location for the meeting. A request for agenda items will come with the formal notice. This will be your time to voice you opinions and concerns and the opportunity to make any changes to the operating document. If you have any questions, call or email Shannon directly.
