Hi All, Does anyone know how our property taxes work? If they are due by fiscal year (January?) or by a year after the closing date? If anyone can tell me I would appreciate it. Thanks, Linda Bonita 603B :)

I just sent money to Patricia Perez for bill paying. If I remember corrctly she told me my Bank Trust fees are due in December and City Taxes were due in January. I have 2 Units and both were the same due dates but closed at different times.
