They have replaced the very expensive factory "Otis" elevator panels with Formica covered wood backed panels. I think they look fantastic and will be much sturdier than the factory panels. I understand they are made locally and should be much less expensive to repair. Pictures are posted in the Gallery GHR

I think that the new elevator palels are a grand improvement to the Baja Building. I am waiting for a new paint job on the towers so they come in line with the newer buildings. I also, am wondering why the waterfall on the large pool is still not working? Are there any answers?

the waterfal is now working and it looks great! also what they did to the slide looks amazing... they are also constructing a nice waterfall for the entrance
